Won't let me save Preferences in Photoshop
I have a new hard drive in my computer, and I recently re-installed CS5 Extended. It seemed to work OK but every time I quit photoshop, I get a message says "Could not save preferences because the file is locked or you do not have the necessary access privileges." As I'm am the administrator on my machine, I'm trying to find which file is locked. I looked at the preference files re-CS5, but nothing is locked and everything has read/write permissions. What should I do? Thanks.

- Hello there! I search for the error message you been having there and from what I know, you can just go to Users\Library\Preferences\Adobe Photoshop CS5\ and change the permissions on the folder. Change the "Everyone" variable to "Read & Write" and Photoshop started up without issue. I hope I solve your issue on it :)
