DETAIL DESCRIPTION
Rauxa— a rapidly expanding agency with offices in New York, Costa Mesa and San Francisco. And we’re now looking to add a skilled Senior Digital Producer to our Costa Mesa team.
The Senior Digital Producer manages the execution process, resources, quality assurance for more complex digital projects, ensuring delivery within budget, on time, and within scope requirements. Responsible for managing freelancer vendor relationships, including designers, copywriters, and programmers. Manages the project delivery process with a focus on best practices, efficiency, and quality assurance to Rauxa standards.
Responsibilities:
• Provides the Project Management Office (PMO) with input and updates on project scope, schedules, status, internal resource needs and vendor pricing for the aspects of the digital projects that they manage
• Keeps RED and other tracking systems up to date on all projects
• Educates other Rauxa departments on digital project best practices, and digital creativeand programming rationale
• Serves as a technical producer for multiple concurrent digital projects that vary in size and scope
• Manages programming and delivery of digital projects while ensuring 100% accuracy of changes and to ensure all work is completed error-free
• Manages revisions and versioning of assigned projects
• Negotiates and obtains pricing, submits pricing to PMO, creates and issues vendor purchase orders and completes final billing documents upon completion of the project
• Responsible for training and mentoring of Digital Producers, including the development of on-boarding training plans, conducting initial and ongoing training, and assisting Production Management staff with the development and implementation of annual employee training plans
Requirements:
* Strong knowledge of digital best practices
* Experience managing digital direct response projects such as: Emails, micro-sites, banners, sweepstakes, surveys, PURL’s, SMM, SEM, social marketing and web development
* Must have ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects
* A strong understanding of HTML and design of web pages and emails for optimum performance across all platforms and browsers and email clients
* Extensive knowledge of web technologies and constraints
* Extensive knowledge of web development process, especially design and production processes
* Strong project management skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Visio, Word, Excel, etc.
* Understanding of CS4 and Photoshop/illustrator design
* Experience with HTML, JavaScript, JSP, ASP.NET
* Extremely detailed oriented
* Excellent time management, interpersonal and negotiation skills
* Ability to identify and implement process improvements
* Ability to work within a team environment across various agency groups: interactive, creative and account services
* Good oral and written communication skills
