Responsibilities

* Design and production of print and digital communications and collateral
* Support the development of strategic concepts and executions from creative brief through project completion/launch
* Ensure communications are produced to the highest standards of accuracy and quality control
* Development of usability fundamentals and information design
* Remain up-to-date on the latest developments in software applications, printing techniques, and digital production technology
* Work closely with Print and Digital Production teams to ensure projects are efficiently produced within budget
* Support Art Director as needed
* Provide direction to Production Artists as needed
* Maintain archives of final mechanicals and photography files


Skill Set/Knowledge

* Understanding of cross-channel marketing principles

* Advanced understanding of graphic design, including page and screen layout, typography, and interaction
* Proficiency in photo editing, color correction, and image manipulation
* Excellent design skills

* Proficient in CS5
* Handle multiple projects with total accuracy and attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills


Education/Experience

* 3–5 years of creative experience with a minimum of 2 years digital experience
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
