Responsibilities

* Conceptualization, development, design, and production of mail and digital communications and collateral, and social media promotions
* Collaborate in the development of strategic concepts and executions from creative brief through project completion/launch
* Ensure communications are produced to the highest standards of accuracy and quality control
* Develop digital campaigns and a sound understanding of usability fundamentals and information design
* Remain up-to-date on the latest developments in software applications, printing techniques, and digital production technology
* Work closely with Print and Digital Production teams to ensure projects are efficiently produced within budget
* Provide art direction to Graphic Designers and Production Artists as needed


Skill Set/Knowledge

* Understanding of cross-channel marketing principles
* Strong understanding of strategic direction
* Excellent conceptual and design skills
* Proficient in CS5
* Handle multiple projects with total accuracy and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Solid understanding of the design and marketing potential of social platforms including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and others

Education/Experience

* 5–7 years of creative experience with a minimum of 3 years digital experience
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
