Responsibilities

* Refinement and release/launch of print and digital projects
* Ensures rounds and final mechanicals are accurate and error free, including file construction, organization and prepping of files for output
* Remains up-to-date on the latest developments in software applications, printing techniques and production and digital technologies
* Assesses and implements latest industry developments with existing creative to ensure accurate and error free design
* Maintains archives of final mechanicals and photography files;
* Attends pre-release meetings to review print and digital files with internal teams to ensure accuracy of projects for release


Skill Set/Knowledge

* Understanding of cross-channel marketing principles
* Solid understanding of page and screen layout, typography and interaction
* Proficient in photo editing, color correction, and image manipulation
* Solid design skills
* Proficient in CS5
* Ability to make changes quickly and accurately
* Handle multiple projects with total accuracy and attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills
* Works well as a team player in a flexible, dynamic and fast-paced environment


Education/Experience

* 3-5 years of production experience with a minimum of 2 years digital experience
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
