Position Description
We are looking for a passionate Web Designer/Developer to work on web applications, rich websites and interactive experiences that push the medium. We're seeking a person to provide graphical and technical skills and expertise in the interactive space. The Web Designer/Developer should be organized and able to take projects from concept to completion. Advanced level design and ActionScript skills are mandatory here. We are looking for people with at least 4+ years 'agency experience'. An impressive online portfolio is a must for this position.

Required Skills
The ideal candidate will have creative abilities and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Flash. This individual should be skilled with programming languages such as PHP, JavaScript and ActionScript, and posses a strong knowledge of programming in general. Skilled in frontend languages such as XHTML and CSS. Must have a solid understanding of image formats, web browser nuances, knowledge of both Mac and PC, and a desire to stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in our industry. Print design experience is a plus. This person must be able to maintain organization and composure in a busy environment. An impressive online portfolio is a must for this position.
• 4+ years of professional experience
• Strong layout and typography skills
• Complete knowledge of Flash and ActionScript including integration with backend technologies
• Experience working with XML driven websites
• Strong sense of information architecture and usability
• Proven track record of producing high quality work
• Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail
• Work well under pressure and with minimum supervision
• Ability to delegate tasks to co-workers and/or external vendors
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Bonus Skills
• After Effects and 3D experience
• Sound design experience and familiarity with audio software
