An innovative lifestyle and fitness brand seeks an Interactive Senior Art Director with experience in E-Commerce. In this role, you will be collaborating with talented designers, copywriters, UX specialists, and front-end developers to design the ever changing web sites, ads and interactive media. Using your creativity and exceptional communication skills, you will solve problems and provide insightful direction and guidance in all phases of web design, effectively conveying the clients’ needs to your team. You will generate breakthrough ideas, oversee projects and campaigns, and mentor junior web designers, helping them develop into future design leaders.

You should have:
• 6+ years industry experience, preferably with a nationally recognized brand; 4+ years experience as an Interactive Art Director leading a team of designers
• Experience working on an e-commerce brand and environment [required]
• The ability to prepare files for HTML, Flash Production, and Style Guides
• Familiarity with microsites, landing pages, social media contests, affiliate banner advertising, community websites, and online corporate communications
• High-level knowledge of typography and graphic design, including software such as Photoshop, Flash, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, InDesign, and Fireworks
