Erik Spiekermann, founder and partner of Edenspiekermann AG received the German Design Prize 2011 for Lifetime Achievements from Andrej Kupetz CEO, Rat für Formgebung. Congratulations Erik!
The Design Award of the Federal Republic of Germany is the country’s highest distinction in the field of design. It is known as the “Prize of Prizes”. The reason: no other design award sets such strict criteria on entries.

It's worth a few minutes of your time to take a look at Filter Foundry user Scott Robertson's portfolio "Drive" for a great example of what you can do with your Filter Foundry PAD (even if you don't have Scott's skills).
Scott has been in the business for over 20 years, has taught at Art Center College of Design, and has produced dozens of "how to" design DVDs.
